SANITARY PROTOCOL COVID-19 – Safety, Health and Cleaning Measures

At the Hotel Can Pamplona, all our staff has received specific training in the protocols and preventive measures implemented to slow down and minimize any impact of COVID-19. In order to offer you a safe stay we are meeting the highest hygiene and disinfection standards and protocols established by the health authorities.

Flexible Cancellation 24-48hs

We have applied a flexible cancellation in all reservations, with the will of dealing with last minute changes caused by COVID-19.

Credit card payment

Prioritization of payments by credit cards and disinfection of the POS after each use.

Reception with distance and protection

-Protective screens have been installed at the front desk.- All front desk material will be disinfected after use or at the end of each shift (keys, POS, telephone, …)

PPE for all staff

The staff has the necessary personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times, and will always maintain the approved safety distances.

Front desk staff staff: will use a mandatory approved mask and gloves on a voluntary basis.

Maintenance room and restaurant staff: will use mask and gloves as a requirement.

The client is also required to use mask at the front desk and in all common areas of the hotel.  

Hydroalcoholic gel

Hand disinfectant gel is available and of mandatory use at the entrance and in the common areas of the hotel, in order to ensure proper hand disinfection of all our guests and staff.

Frequent hand washing

We recommend frequent hand washing, with explanatory signs of good use in public toilets.  

Cleaning and disinfection protocols for rooms and common areas

-We put all our efforts and resources into complying with the cleaning and disinfection protocols to provide a safe environment, both in the common areas and in the rooms.

-All the textile material (sheets, towels,…) will be washed with approved disinfectant products and tumble dried at a temperature above 60ºC.

-The cleaning and disinfection procedures of the rooms have been adapted to the regulations, paying more attention to the contact areas (doors, keys, TV controls, accessories, tables, bathroom, …

Daily ventilation throughout the hotel

Protocols of natural air constant ventilation have been reinforced in the different areas of the establishment.

 

Capacity and social distance control

 -Controlled seating in all reas of the hotel in oirder to ensure a safe distance.

-Regulated use of lifts with signposting regarding the new permitted capacity.

-Social distance measures between guests and between guests and hotel staff.

Posters and signposting

-Signage with preventive measures implemented is incorporated in the hotel together with guidelines or recommendations to be followed by customers.

-Signposting with informative signs and waiting areas to maintain distances.

-Signage on the floor indicating the safety distances established in the busiest areas.

Safe restoration

 

-The restaurant has a controlled capacity and table allocation.

-After each client; table mats, chairs and tables are properly disinfected.

-All utensils are thoroughly washed after each service in the dishwasher at maximum temperature.

-You can also ask for additional catering services at the front desk.
