How will I receive the Bonus? Once the gift voucher has been purchased, you will receive a Voucher in PDF format by email that you have attached to us.
How can I redeem the Bonus? To redeem the voucher and book, you will have to call the hotel at (+34) 93 883 31 12 or send an email to info@canpamplona.com saying the days you want to make the reservation. You will then receive an email confirming your reservation.
